Denis oversees the Lemann Foundation initiatives that transform Brazil’s education system. Before joining the Lemann Foundation, Denis—a São Paulo native—founded the Sou da Paz (I Am for Peace) campaign in 1997 to reduce Brazil’s alarming gun violence, particularly among youth.

Vice President of New Business, Lemann Foundation
Felipe, a former management consultant, holds a dual role as the Foundation’s head of leadership and co-investment. The Foundation has grown 15 times in size since he arrived in 2015. He dreams of a more efficient and innovative Brazil for all its people.
